Buying Solutions 'Laundry & Linen Services' Framework award for Grosvenor Contracts.

Grosvenor Contracts are pleased to announce that they are one of six Private Sector firms to be included in the new Buying Solutions Laundry & Linen Services framework.

We have developed and worked extensively over the last 10 years on systems and procedures that meet the current and new standards required to work within the specialist sector of Healthcare Laundry. Utilising Low energy OTEX Ozone disinfection systems that have been classified by the Department of Health as superior to the commonly used 'High Temperature' wash cycle we have a competitive advantage over many existing service providers (source RRP1 dated 22nd September 2009).

A key aspect of our bid was the inclusion of plans and designs for new 'state of the art' Healthcare Laundries that will utilise along with many other new standards and innovation complete barrier systems and the latest Trolley and Human decontamination technology.

The award of the framework now provides an OJEU tendered procurement platform that will allow an in Partnership style approach to building a new Healthcare Laundry service that will help provide a balanced competitive supply line and greater choice for the future of the NHS Laundry and Linen market.
