    Rob is the head of our company logistics and internal management structure and is involved in all aspects of service delivery. He controls all Service Delivery Technicians and operatives and strives to push our levels of service ever higher. In his spare time he is a keen footballer and qualified coach.

    Patrick organises all our finances and credit control throughout the company. His insight and level headedness make him the backbone of the team. He has over 15 years experience including AAT & ACCA working for a top ten auditing company. Patrick enjoys a large stack of work which we keep topped up, upon the proviso that there is a pile of doughnuts to match.

    Sheldon previously worked for Grosvenor Contracts for eight years until he relocated back to Cape Town, his home town. Now that he’s living in London again we’re really pleased to welcome him back on to the team. With many years experience his understanding of our products and services is exceptional. Sheldon will be working as a Key Account Manager whilst also developing new business.

    Ky joined us July of 2016 as another key member of our business development and account management team. immersing himself in our products and services and getting out on the road meeting clients, a continued valuable member of the team. In his spare time he enjoys Football and also coaches a local 11 a side football team.

    John is the newest member of the Grosvenor Contracts team. Based in Manchester, John looks after our clients around the Manchester area and the North of England. John comes to us with over 20 years of experience in infection control and the health industry. A keen musician his passion is playing the bass guitar

  • Darren Day: Operations Manager

    Darren Day: Operations Manager

    Darren joined our Operations Team in 2015 and was promoted to Operations Manager by the end of the year. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in dry cleaning and laundry management. He has represented both England and Europe in martial arts competitions and holds five black belts. Darren is also a keen rock guitarist.

    Neil, once one of our top fitters/engineers has recently joined the office as another key member of our operations team. With years out on the road fitting blinds and carrying out all your engineering needs he now works closely with Rob Barrett and Darren Day to oversea the strengthening of our service levels, customer satisfaction and operations department. Neil loves his football and is a regular to the football grounds of his chosen team.

    Philip joined Grosvenor in 2014 after graduating university. Philip works closely with our head of finance Patrick to assist him in credit control. With an keen interest in photography and film he’s the go to man for movie reviews.

    Andy Mac is our chief engineer and most senior operative in the field. Andy has been with Grosvenor since the year after the company’s inception in 2001 and has an impeccable track record fitting blinds, tracks, and curtains for over 30 years. Today Andy performs most of our preliminary surveys and all of our final measurements. The sales and operations teams alike benefit daily from Andy’s experience, expertise and insight on every job.

    With 16 years experience in healthcare laundry Patricia is the driving force behind our EN14065 accreditation. On a day to day basis she manages the laundry ensuring we maximise quality and production standards.
