"Beat The Linen Hire/Laundry Service Invoice Challenge” — Terms & Conditions

This document contains five (5) key sections regarding eligibility, determination, reward, verification and general conditions

 

1. Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for the Challenge and be eligible for the Reward ("Lunch"), the participant must meet all of the following criteria:

• The participant must submit a legitimate, unaltered invoice issued by a registered UK competitor within the last thirty (30) days from the date of submission.

• The invoice must clearly show the provider's name, the specific line items/services rendered, the volume/quantities, and the total final price paid.

• The services or products on the competitor's invoice must closely match, in specification and quality, the services or products offered by Grosvenor Contracts.

 

2. Determination of a "Beaten" Quote

• Grosvenor Contracts reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether its custom quotation beats the submitted invoice.

• A quotation is deemed to have "beaten" the current invoice if the total net cost for the equivalent services or products is lower than the total net cost shown on the submitted invoice (excluding one-time promotional discounts, introductory rates, or historical grandfathered rates on the competitor's invoice).

• If Grosvenor Contracts matches or beats the rate, no reward will be issued.

 

3. The Reward ("Lunch")

• If Grosvenor Contracts is unable to provide a lower custom quotation for equivalent services or products, the participant will receive a one-time reward of £20 delivered via a Just Eat e-gift card.

• The Reward is strictly limited to one (1) per registered business entity.

• Multiple submissions from the same company or individual will be disqualified.

• The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

4. Verification and Exclusions

• Grosvenor Contracts reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submitted invoice. Fraudulent, forged, or heavily redacted submissions will result in immediate disqualification.

• This challenge excludes quotes or invoices involving residential accounts, government contracts, wholesale or broker rates, or clear liquidation/clearance/promotional pricing.

 

5. General Conditions

Grosvenor Contracts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this marketing campaign at any time without prior notice. All submissions remain strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purpose of generating your quotation.
