Grosvenor Contracts was appointed by Integral UK to deliver a bespoke window shading solution for Christie’s Auction House in London — a world-renowned venue that demands precision, quality, and attention to aesthetic detail.
Scope of Work
The project involved the manufacture and installation of three motorised roller blinds, using Edmund Bell’s Hemp FR Blackout fabric, laminated for enhanced durability and light control.
To maintain the elegant interior aesthetic, Grosvenor Contracts also recovered and reinstalled the existing pelmet, ensuring a seamless integration between new and existing elements.
Outcome
The completed installation achieved a refined finish that balanced functionality, fire safety, and design integrity, perfectly aligning with Christie’s high standards.
