Project Overview
As part of our ongoing partnership with HCA Healthcare, Grosvenor Contracts was appointed to refresh the interiors at their 3 Basil Street location. Our task was to enhance privacy, comfort, and style within patient and staff areas through new window treatments.
Scope of Work
Full removal and disposal of the existing window coverings.
Installation of 19 new Venetian blinds across all consultation and patient rooms to provide adjustable light control and a clean, clinical finish.
Installation of 2 pairs of curtains — one set in the Doctor’s Room and one in the waiting area — to offer added warmth, acoustic support, and privacy.
Materials & Finish
Venetian Blinds were supplied by JSC, known for their durability and precision in healthcare environments.
Curtain fabric was sourced from Panaz, selected for its flame retardancy and antimicrobial properties, aligned with healthcare compliance standards.
Outcome
The result was a seamless upgrade that met both aesthetic and functional needs. The blinds offered a sleek, hygienic solution for everyday use, while the new curtains provided a welcoming and professional touch in key communal spaces.
Grosvenor Contracts managed the project from removal to final installation with minimal disruption to staff or patients, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.
