Teddington Health and Social Care Centre (NHS Trust)
Project:
Cubicle curtain supply and ongoing maintenance for the newly opened Woodland Unit
Overview
As part of the opening of their new Woodland Unit, Teddington Health and Social Care Centre approached Grosvenor Contracts to supply cubicle curtains that aligned with the unit’s gentle, nature-inspired design scheme.
The request: cubicle curtains in pink and lilac tones to create a welcoming, calming atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Our Solution
We provided a tailored soft furnishing solution that prioritised both aesthetics and infection control:
Bespoke-Coloured Cubicle CurtainsSupplied 6 disposable cubicle curtains — 3 in pink and 3 in lilac — to coordinate with the Woodland Unit’s interior colour palette. The colours were carefully chosen in consultation with the Trust to reflect a calm, therapeutic environment.
Scheduled Curtain Change ServiceAs part of our ongoing partnership with the Trust, Grosvenor Contracts delivers a routine cubicle curtain change programme, ensuring the unit remains fully compliant with NHS infection prevention standards.
Curtain Recycling SchemeUsed disposable cubicle curtains are responsibly collected and processed through our recycling service, helping the Trust reduce waste and meet sustainability targets.
